On a ph1 there is no need in welding, get some expanding foam in the recess, sand to the shape u want, whack a few layers of fiberglass on the fill with filler sand and spray ![]() ________________________________________ Black Ph1 XSi-6161.8BHP (Getting Better!!!!) |

If it was me, i'd be getting some welding done regardless. It reduces the chance of the panel flexing as much which may make it crack ![]() ________________________________________ '13 208 Gti Bianca White, '99 Bianca 306 Rallye, '92 309 Goodwood GTi 5dr, '92 Miami Blue 309 GTi 3dr. |
