what do i need to do or buy to do smoothing or debadging to my ph1?

on my phs 1 i had
wing indicators welded and smoothed
front bumper recess filled and smoothed
door locks filled and smoothed

idealy all body shop work unless your good with welding, filling and sanding

to do properly you need to weld a plate in,
grind the welds back then apply a thin layer of filler beofre respraying

On a ph1 there is no need in welding, get some expanding foam in the recess, sand to the shape u want, whack a few layers of fiberglass on the fill with filler sand and spray Smile

If it was me, i'd be getting some welding done regardless. It reduces the chance of the panel flexing as much which may make it crack Smile

Thinking about there isnt a badge on a phs1 bonnet its in the grill!
That can be done the way blade said.
