Are Red Rallyes laquered?

Just wondering if the pink paint would come back up to red with a machine polish or if its laquered you would not improve colour just make it shiny pinkSmile

Hi mate - the paint work should come up ok with a bit of elbow grease etc BUT the skirts won't, get em resprayed - makes a hell of a difference. You might have probs with the bumpers as well but its worth a go!

Good luck and get some pics up.

Cheers

Just looking for a car at the minuteWink

Love the Cheery red,but not sure I can be doing with the fadeSad

They look nice and red in the pics, then in the flesh faded badlyAngry

If they are laquered theres no way a polish will bring the colour backSad
Do you get red off the cars on your cloth when you polish them????Dry

Its usually the other way around TBH. The two I have at the mo are nice and red, but in the pics look pink! Crazy Side skirts are ususlly pink if there original no matter how good the rest of the paintwork is.

Just bumping an old thread! You will be able to get the sideskirts more red/less pink with a machine polisher! I use 3m fast cut plus and it brought them up better!
