hey!
I have a phase 2 gti6
It just happened last week but basically i had a full car me n 3 mates, as i pulled away it was fine then i got into 2nd gear it jolted forward violently at 3000revs it did this a few times aswell. 3rd n 4th did the same. on the way bk it didn't do it and wen im driving it on my own it still doesnt do it and its not engine mounts. ANY IDEAS ON THE PROBLEM PLZ!

Your rear brake bias valve might be corroded and sticking. This might cause the rear brakes to bind.
