What is this kit and is it any good? Does anyone have a picture of what you actually get?

it's basically a small polyurethane insert which goes into the smaller beam mount at the rear

it's very cheap (I got mine for 7GBP) and it DOES help!

the LOOS is still there, but it's lot more predictable, and I prefer it this way. I wanted to go for the soild beam mounts, but I won't bother

it moves just as much as I like, with the AST, hybrid ARB and this it's perfect
