hi, i have a gti6 engine in my 205...it is a bit of a home job so isnt brilliant, but it runs The car is unfortunatly at the minute, sometimes hesitating, below 3,000rpm it doesn't want to pull at all :S then foot took off accelerator and tryed again, sometimes it is better. The ECU tempsender isnt brilliant, and i have noticed for the first 5 minutes of driving, when freshly started, when coming to a junction the revs go all over the place up to about 2,000rpm. The fuel pump i think aswell maybe on the way out, as it is very loud and ticks, and sometimes when feathering the throttle, it wants to cut out. The car is also veeeery very slow when getting toward an empty tank....Can anyone help me here ? gettin me down, and i want to love my car !thanks |
