I'd say maybe your clutch cable maybe but that's one of the worst jobs to do on the 6 especially if you have aircon pipes be prepaired for lots of shouting and swearing and maybe some skin loss if that didn't fix it then new clutch I'd just try ride it out if that clip does nothing it's supposed to help pull you peddle down but a lot of the time seems to make life hardermine runs fine without it ________________________________________ Proud Member of the ASTOR Owners Club |

Chances are its your cable, not too hard to do once you have your hand in the right bit, your head in the right position and a bit of courage!! I have changed 2 now, first one by myself, f*ck me what a job. If you can get someone to give you a hand, its soooooooooo much easier, otherwise you need to keep getting out from under the car to pull the string/cable through the hole of death! Look at the FAQ, good guide in there. |

New clutch and cable will sort it mate, and make sure you buy new fork arm bearings at the same time and grease them up when fitting them....Makes the clutch uber light then. Stan. ________________________________________ "Supercharged - 454.1bhp/317.5lb/ft"Peugeot 306 GTi-6 2000 (X), Moonstone |
