hi everyone, at the moment i am trying to gain power from my phase 2 gti6 without spending mega money. I have moved my attention to the inlet manifold as i have heard they have restricters in them and if taken out it would increase power by quite a bit, if this is true how do i go about taking them out and what do i need for the job, many thanks matt )________________________________________ Team Nile 6Team: 40.2 MPG 5 x a 306 owner! currently abusing type r's in a town near you ™ I truely live for the 306 ® Build date: 29th October 1997 Wednesday's car midweek madness |

Been tried here have a searchBut a long story short it only worked if you have serious work done on your engine, it actually made it worse on a standard engine. |

thats a bit disappointing i suppose with letting all the extra air in you would need a remap to adjust the fuel to air ratio. i just want some more power any other tricks that you know of?________________________________________ Team Nile 6Team: 40.2 MPG 5 x a 306 owner! currently abusing type r's in a town near you ™ I truely live for the 306 ® Build date: 29th October 1997 Wednesday's car midweek madness |
