i am after some help. started fine this morning now not starting. have changed battery as wasnt the best and battery in the key fob. engine turns over but that is it? wont come to life had no problems before. Suggestions?________________________________________ Team OCD |

possibly crankshaft sensor, immobilizer, ecu, check the crank sensor first, very common, ________________________________________ if i dont see you in the mattress il see you in the spring |

Try doing an ECU reset as per FAQ. It might be the electrics going wibble after changing the battery________________________________________ To do list;Timing belt Rad fans Steering rack Clutch Rear right caliper |

think might be immobiliser but not sure how to override it! need to be able to start the car to do the ecu ________________________________________ Team OCD |

If the fuel pump is priming, and you are getting fuel, it's not the immobiliser My immobiliser had a fit, and as a result it would turn over, but pump was not priming. I would guess at a loose/dodgey earth. Mine done this just turning over,fuel pump was priming but i had no spark,so changed coil pack,crank and cam sensor but still didn't work.So I got an unlocked ECU and no problems since. |

or the immobiliser.Got the AA out when it wouldn't start he found there was no spark at coil pack and also could not connect to my car.Changed everything myself pretty easy to do. |

this is a great help. i mean did u do the ecu yourself? i have ruled out the coil pack, cam sensor and crank sensor have tested them!________________________________________ Team OCD |

I brought an unlocked ecu and fitted it myself. I think someone sells them on here? |
