Hi folks,

I heard a strange noise this afternoon every time I turned the steering wheel. Then I found oil all over the deck, as pictured below...

So whats that all about? Power steering pump shat itself?

Any help is appreciated.

Unsure

It could be the power steering cooling pipe behind the bumper.

My money is on the power steering pressure sensor. I've had one go on me before. It's under the inlet manifold.

Right, the pipe is a right mess. looks like thats where the fluid is coming from.

Am I right in saying I can have this botched up by my hydraulic engineer friend? I dont need to cool things down too much in Scotland do I ?
