Hi All,

My '6 has been a pretty reliable thing since I've had it, just the odd minor niggle crop up here and there on occasion.

It's picked up a bit of a "clunk" sound recently, noticeable at low speed or on bumpy roads. Suspected a worn suspension bush but now I've inspected more it's not a "clunk" as such but more of a "creak" sound.

It's definitely creaking when the engine moves on its mounts and not the suspension. It's coming from below the air intake/battery area and almost sounds like plastic on plastic.

I can't see anything rubbing, so I suspect the mount is on the way out or something. Is this an easy part to get to? The engine bay is pretty well stocked on that side!
