hello all, as some of you know i'm supercharging my 205 but i've come to a slight problem with my rad and charger outlet.

i've bought a radtec shorten rad which i assumed would clear the charger outlet as other people have used the same set up but for some reason mine foul's but only just. so was wondering, is my charger outlet in the correct place?

here are some photos.

any help would be good.

thanks Ro

Yes it looks to be rotated to the right place Yes Smile

Is there any way of moving the rad forward a bit?

have you modified your rad support panel? looks like it just need to go down 10-15mm or so and it'll be fine.

(can't go forward much at all, intercooler usually sits in front of that and there's not much space in a 205!)

Ah ok, im guessing the IC piping will run over the top of the rad to the IC rather than down the back of the rad and then 180 into the IC. That makes sense, as you say dropping the rad down a tad will give enough space Yes
