there are marks on the cam pulleys IIRC, though I never bother with them, I just pin the cams and crank and on it goes, just as long as its going the right way.________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |

Thanks welshpug, I will have to double-check the pulleys for a mark tomorrow morning. Should there be a mark on the crank pulley too? When fitting the belt without the use of the timing marks, how tight do you pull the belt down once fitted on the cams? Surely by pulling it too tight/too loose will have the belt 1 tooth out on the crank?? cheers |

start at the crank and work anti clockwise, follow the haynes manual and you wont go far wrong ________________________________________ need a part number? get on here - http://public.servicebox.peugeot.comBring on the Trumpets. |
