how you all doing? in need of some help if possable

im doing a convertsion in my 205 an ive got a facelift 51 plate xsara vts as a doner car but ive heard it might have a multiplex ecu and loom, how do i unlock this if it does as im going to use distrbtor adapter and 205's origional loom

struggling to get an answer to this, hoped someone on here might know

any help would be ideal

if it's a multiplex, the loom, is useless,

you need an early xsara or gti6 loom

same for the ecu (to unlock, just unplug the ecu while the engine is running or with the ignition on (2nd notch)

distributor adapter? you mean to run carbs?

i can make a loom to suit, so it's plug and play Big grin 306 > 205 loom Smile

is there anyway of using the 205 loom and ecu? ive got a clifford immobiliser and im nervous of that spitting the dummo out an actually working

much do you do your looms for?

205 engine loom and 205 ecu on 306 engine?


no chance

90 or 120, depending on who is supply looms you or me

much is a ecu likly to me mate? an will 306 gti6 one work unlocked with it?

im intrested in a loom mate would be you supplying it tho if that was all good, i take it the interior part of my original 205 loom will still be as was before and wont need to be touched?

im on a bit of a dead line to get the engine out you see, its a no mot an tax 51 plate i bought but i dont have a drive at mine an need to do it in the spaces outside my house then just get the shell lifted asap, so if anyone can think of bits they might want gimme a shout

the rear beam, gearbox, rack, brakes, hubs, suspension all worth keeping, even if jsut to sell on,

unlocked ecu's go from 25-70, just haggle

on the 205 just unplug the engine loom (includes ecu) from the two brown plugs under the steering column (keep this)

if you do decide to use me, you can send me that engine loom from the 205 and i will knock a couple of quid off the conversion.
