Don't know if i'm in the right section so i'll get straight to the problem. When i drive at 65+ mph say on the motoway my car vibrates for 3 or 4 seconds then stops for 3 or 4 seconds then vibrates again and so on. I don't know why this could be happening as my car is tracked and balanced fine.

Its not that as my brother just replaced one and the other is fine. If i drop below 60 the vibration is knowwhere to be heard. I feel the vibration through the steering wheel and the seat and so can the passanger feel it.

I had them balanced not long ago and when my wheels were unbalanxed before the steering wheel always vibrated but this vibrates all through the car every 4 seconds then stops then starts then stops.
