Does anyone know the torque settings for the main engine mount and cradle 17mm nuts and 8mm allen bolts?

what you mean by main ? there is lower, upper right & upper left above the gearbox

No there is a lower engine mount... a gear box mount... and a main upper mount!

I'm guessing the top engine mount, as opposed to the gear box mount or the lower engine mount Roll eyes

but not VFT.

33 lbft / 45 nm for the 16mm nuts/8mm allen key jobbies, mounting itself into the inner wing is 30 lbft / 40 nm.
