It's hard to tell if it's top or bottom end from the vid.
It could be bottom end, even if the noise is coming from the top. What happens is when the big-end spins, the bearing gets chewed up creating play on the crank. This causes the piston to get thrown up the bore further than it should, kisses the valves, and results in tapping.
As it doesn't do it from cold I would be more inclined to say bottom end - big ends don't always knock when the oil is cold and viscous.
I would drop the oil and see if there's any swarf in it.
If it was a head oil supply issue, it would do it from cold. I doubt it is this.
The other option is the timing belt has jumped a tooth, but I think this is unlikely if it sounded normal from cold.
