it seems the wipers on my car only operate on the slow speed, no intermitent or fast speed, the wipers just stop where they are when switched to said positions... im thinkin relay trouble... any ideas please (and locations)... watto

Sounds like the terminals on the wiper motor have coroded.

Get one of a car thats being broken.

Check the relay first if able though, just incase

Strip the wiper motor and clean the round connection part. Apply a new thin film of grease.

Mine did exactly the same, turned out there was a broken wire on the rain sensor, under the Rear-View Mirror which was buggering up the wiper circuit.

Don't think it'll be the relay TBH.
