Guys,Got a quick question to ask. What’s the correct size for GTi-6 followers? Newman’s cams have sent me 28.35mm x 26mm. It says this is the correct size for the GTI-6 if you look at their part catalogue, here: http://www.newman-cams.com/pdf/peugeot.pdf However the garage that is fitting my cams said they should be 32mm.....On the catalogue page I have just noticed S16/Mi16 followers are 32mm, have they sent/listed the wrong followers for the Gti-6 engine? Nothing really but wanted to put some new ones in there whilst the new cams go in, the old ones are ok but will need some rubbing which is going to take more time and cost me more money as a garage is fitting it, im not fitting the cams myself. |
