What do i do with the inlet in the side of the TB where all the gunk would have gone before - this will need plugging somehow.

I'm fitting an oil catch tank. Not going to recirculate the air into the throttle body (i.e will be fitting a breather on top of the catch tank)What do i do with the inlet in the side of the TB where all the gunk would have gone before - this will need plugging somehow. Cheers p.s does anyone has a 1 ltr catch tank for sale? |

Most hose suppliers like Pirtek do hose bungs. You could put a short piece of hose on and blank it off with one of those?________________________________________ R H Davey Welding Supplies. cheers for that, jsut found some on ebay now.also, the black plastic thing on the side of the TB which the pipework connects to has a smaller pipe coming off the bottom - what is this for? And will it be affected by me removing the crankcase breather pipe??? Cheers |

anyuone any idea what that lower pipe does below where the crankcase breather connects to the side of the TB????Also the non return valve - is that just to stop any sludge / oil returning or does it control the pressure - i.e. will it matter that i'm going to remove it? Cheers for the help. |

It's the fuel vapour recovery line. You won't have any issues with that in conjunction with blanking the oil breather.________________________________________ Rich |
