The new HDI wont start and signs are pointing to immobiliser,, i have wired a live to the lift pump and theres fuel at the injectors but it wont fire,

WOuld getting the ECU unlocked work the same was as the GTI's do with bypassing it?

its a Cat C anyway and im not particually bothered about keeping the immobiliser on it

I thought the ECU's weren't coded on HDis?

Has it been running previously?

checked that the ECU is getting lives and earths its meant to? swap the double relay off your gti6 see what happens.

yes they are coded.

Yep its been running perfect all week then suddenly just stopped. Checked the lift pump and its not priming when ignitions on but when i wire it to a live (cig lighter) its getting fuel to the injectors

Auto electrification has been out and the ECU is getting no power at all, Also there no clicking from any of the relays under the ECU

afaik double relay is in the same place as a gti6? rear of the battery box.

Still no joy with the new relay, Need to check pin 1 on relay and see if its getting a live
