Forgive me if I'm wrong it might be just me, but it looks like the plumbing to your swirl-pot is a little arse-about-face. The feed from the tank is going into the bottom, is'nt that where all the non-airated fuel is supposed to be? With the fuel feeding in from the top of the pot?

5 points for that man! yes it isn`t the usual way, but thats cause the pot was going to be a nightmare to fit the other way with joins going everywhere! the fue cell is baffled etc, so it doesnt effect it in anyway.

The pot should always be pressurised anyway from the return from rail going back to it and the feed from the helper and the excess returning from the top.

the intercooer wasnt bolted up properly, as I said these are old photos with lower spec items in on it as things have been changed etc.

I made the rear diffuser myself, It runs half way under the car and bolts on to where the original tank used to be. (not just for show it has a purpose)

so lawrence showed you how it opens then!
Roll eyes

I wish I could upload some new photos up and a coupe vids!bloody computers!

thanks for comments folks

made out of 2.5mm sheet metal. I would only really make one if you are running a fuel cell in the boot.

i`d need a 3 seater couch if you were to fit in it!

ordered some bigger injectors so should be going in for a remap again. Also got myself a ibiza cupra for a runaround and an evo 4 with an fq3oo engine in it for some other reason!
