After having my car lowered and now want the tracking sorted I cannot find any where that can do it! Has any one else had this problem? And how have you got around it? Cheers. |

Have you gone so low they cant hang the laser things on the wheels? If so thats probably too low...! But anyways, I had a mk2 Golf like it, they jacked it up a little on the ramps so the equipment could hang, they said it wouldn't be 100% accurate but better than nothing. |

Ye they reckon they can't fit them under the arches to be honest I think they were just being idle it's not slammed that much. You say they jacked yours up a little but that wouldn't be do able on a six cos it's torsion bar isn't it so looks like I'm fooked tbh unless anyone else can shed some light? Cheers |

You can jack it up on the back axle Do the tyres go inside the arches? Too low f it does as most tracking systems clamp on and into the groove on the tread, I know northeastern tyres round here clamps to the wheel face somehow and the ramps come out the floor for lowered cars, Its where i had to get mine done and its not that low either, I sent my missus with it as i was working and a lot of places told her it wouldnt even go on the ramp, Which is interesting as i've had it on mine at work ________________________________________ RIP Pete Sims |
