Probs by far not the worst thing ever seen but i was just impressed they have enought force to piece the piston like that, But then again i guess they were moving at 2000 rpm

Those aren't bent(well they are but), these are bent,

Just pulled them out of my car.

The small grooves in the pistons are the standard valve reliefs, the valves didn't do that to the pistons

So they are i noticed today there also on the inlet side but the exhaust ones are now abit deeper than the others Lol

Yep stripped sbout a dozen teeth off the belt, and was doing just under 2000 revs, bent all the exhausts and 4 of the inlets but I replaced the lot, just going to finish putting it back together tomorrow actually.

Not sure what to do make with my set of 8 bent exh valves yet though LOL

Have you done anything about your valve guides? That kind of damage will have almost certainly made them go oval.
