Ive started to get a slight knocking from under the front driver side arch, its been lowerd 60mm and havnt had the chance to pop the wheel off andhave a look yet, but befor i do does anyone know what it could possibly be?

In a nut shell a drop link links the anti roll bar to the strut. They are about £15 IIRC.
