hi all

when i stear my car get a cracking noise or knock it only happend on first quater of turn either way any ideas what could be Razz

yeah but wouldnt that be more than just first quarter of turn after that its fine

its had new droplinks its dannyb1 old one in project thread u can feel the crack through the wheel

Yep sounds like spring to me. Mine used to do it and then it made a rather loud bang when it totally snapped

strange could be just know it had new springs and shocks but have got 50mm lowering springs to go on

I'd probably have a look around the top mount/ bearing area, seems the most likely thingWink .

Have the same sort of thing happening on mine, that's where i'm going to look first.
Had a look at most of the other susp components, and they all seem fine.
