406 V6 brembo's only use 305mm when on a 405 or 406.
the pistons are larger in the Renault sport brembo's, as well as a larger pad area.
yes I have used both, granted one was on standard pads and the other on uprated, but there was a significant difference.
I (and Adam who's car it was) couldn't live with the incessant howling, it can apparently be solved by using Tarox G88 discs, but they cost nearly as much as Ash's kit.
No, 310mm to 305mm, plenty of people seem to have used the 406 V6 305mm disc going from a past thread.
I would be using the Renaultsport calipers with EITHER disc.
