your starting problem could be related to a water temperature sensor, this is basically your choke, its tells the ecu the water temp, for instance on a cold day it will need more fuel on start up, if this goes faulty it will tell the ecu the water temp is still cold when the engine is hot and will overfull causing the engine to run rough, may not be the problem, but have seen this cause the fault you have,if you put a amp meter between the negative terminal on the battery, and start taking out each fuse in the engine bay, if the discharge goes, you know it is on that circuit and can narrow it down, it could also be the alternator , even tho it might be charging, if one of the diodes in the alternator has gone open circuit it can cause a drain,
