I'm rebuilding my engine at the moment and would very much like to know if you have any information or guidelines on how much deeper the pockets on the pistons should be made to be on the safe side with a std inlet cam.

The head has been skimmed in the past but I just don't know how much. Does anyone know what the original thikness is?
