Neither front fogs work, the rear works at one side assume thats normal.

Checked the fuse and there is a click from the relays so guess that power is there.

Trying to check the bulbs but how do you get access to them. Have jacked the car up and can just get my hand in behind the fogs but not enough to work on them. Does the bumper have to come off?
