hi guys,
anybody know if its ok to just blank off the hoses that come from the vacuum pump? reason being im using a pedal box and 3 seperate resevoirs (no servo etc) so dont need them .cheers

someone on here sells the plates to do this, I havent fitted mine yet. but there arnt very expensive.

I cant see the harm in blocking off the holes, but think of all the power your loosing running the pump when you dont need to LOL

If you blank off the pipes, it will be like when you cover the end of the vacuum cleaner pipe; the engine will lose more power than running it.

As said above, get one of the blanking plates to replace the pump.
