Hi guys.ive been fitting a 137 toot cambelt with plastic pulley but i cant get the belt to fit. i get it as far as the tensioner and theres about another 1mm before it will go over but i cant get it to. the cam sprockets are rotating freely and takes up the slack on the other side but still will not go over and have tried adjusting the tensioner so that its at its shortest. any help would be great. |

its says 137x 24.5mm on the belt |

I've had this before fitting the 137 belt. You need to make sure the belt is pulled as tightly as possible around the crank and cam sprockets and it will go on.________________________________________ Rich |
