Hello, my gti6's lambda seems malfunction due to heavy fuel consumption, exhaust popping and idle running not stable.

Does anyone try the Bosch Universal Lambda?

Any difference between the Bosch direct fit and universal one?

Only difference I can think of is that the direct fit will work, whereas i've no idea on the other one.

yes mate, error code showed map & lambda sensor are malfunction, i'd replaced the map, wished map effected the ECU only, after engine warms up, popping and idle problem happen again.

it seems lambda need to be replaced too.

A 4 wire universal one will be fine. Universal sensors come with bare wires and you have to cut the connector off your old one and join them together.
