My 6 has developed a bottom end knocking noise and since sourcing parts in my country is extremelly difficult given that only 5 or so made it over here on private hands (I'm in Argentina) I was wondering if they are interchangable with other XU10 ones?

I can get those of the XU10J4R without problems, would these work?

Are there other places online where I could source them from that could send them to Argentina to your knowledge?

Thanks in advance for any responses!

As far as I am aware XU10J4R ones would be fine, best to get this 100% checked though. Yes

Stan.

nope, slightly different finish on them and an oil spray hole, but the same width and material thickness.

Sandy Brown said he has used them in race engines without issue so far.

Many thanks to all for your responses!
Welshpug your imput has been great on both sites!
Like you said in the drivers post the replacement from Federal Mogul is the same for all models, there are also Vandervell available and again the replacement is the same for all engine codes.

Last night I checked a Peugeot parts manual and found they are all the same measure (as for XU10J4, XU10J4R and XU10J4RS)
