to save rolling the arches when i lower the rear of my car, i was thinking of machining 2mm off the discs, this would bring the rear wheels closer by 4mm. Would this affect the hadlling much???? Whistle

What are you trying to get to fit exactly?

Considering your question i'd have thought handling went out the window a long time ago.

The original tool was invented in Germany,
but i used good imitation from JTC Taiwan.
it might be found in wheels&tires stores
but there is also whats called ghetto methods:
baseball bat

another ghetto method
http://www.driftworks.com/forum/technical/31612-arch-rolling-without-arch-roller.html
