I went to change my plugs today for some Bosch Super 4's I bought. Firstly the cover over the plugs, the screws were in there sooooo tight, I almost snapped the hex bit on my driver trying to get them out! Then I was greeted by interesting looking HT leads which are held in by 2 torx screws. I managed to get the first 2 loose allowing me to get to the first plug. Again with all my strenth (I'm not weak either......Scaffolder as my job and been bodybuilding for nearly 10 years!) managed to loosen it. As it was coming out it started to get tight, as if I was doing it back up?? So I did not want to break anything an re-tightened it. None of the plugs have been changed as that first one put me off, really dont want to bugger anything up. Was thinking about getting some WD40 and soaking all the chambers over night then trying to get plugs out, would this help?

The plugs can be a pain to swap over. I used about a foot of clear pipe from the a DIY store, that could fit the spark plug top connector into it. Lower it into the hole and tighten by hand, if it cross threads then the pipe will just start to slip, and its easy to remove.
