I trial fitted my brakes and 15" TD pro race 2s on a spare hub and all looks good Smile Smile Smile

you may notice the lack of boltage on the caliper mount so i just use and allen key to hold in place Smile

It all turns fine just the disc catches on the hub but i can file it out

Looks good Thumbs up Like the wheels Yes

It may just be looking at the setup wrongly but i cant see the pad contact with the disc being all that Unsure It looks like the caliper should be pulled into the centre of the hub more so that the pads are on more of the disc Dunno

Even when there in do they catch the whole disc? Just looks like the pistons would give uneven pressure on the top of the pad Unsure Im probably just confusing myself, its late Laugh

yeah i see what your saying, from memory the pads friction material is on the disc and there is a 10-15mm part of the pad (top edge) thats got no material

To some extent, you want the clamping force to be as far from the middle as possible to give you the best stopping torque.
This can be seen by comparing what looks like your 7" PCD rotors to my 8" PCD rotors:

Mine have a lot less surface area, but the braking capacity between them will be pretty much identical. Yours will probably dissipate heat slightly better, thats all.

But you dont really want pads overhanging the edge of the rotor, so if they are, I would think about moving the caliper back in towards the hub.
There looks like there would be a large overhang there, and that excess material would affect the braking once the pads start to wear.

TD Pro Race 2's are the best 15" wheel you can get for brake clearance; even better then the fabled Compomotive CXR imo.

I could shove my 310 / 315mm AP racing setup straight under PR 2's but I have had to alter them to offset 16mm to squeeze them under most other 15's.
I think I can get most 15' over mine now, apart from cyclones.

You will be very limited in terms of what other wheels you will be able to run with that setup if ever you swap wheels for a trackday or something.

Also, before you put this setup onto the car, just check it again on the spare hub with a balljoint in place; this is the bit that usually fouls when you start offsetting the rotor and caliper.
As you can see, mine is very snug:

But as you have a smaller PCD, your balljoint wont sit inside the rotor, but hit the face of it.

yeah 1.2s were my prefered option but these came up cheap locally and as i wasnt sure if they'd fit i just bought them knowing i could tidy them up and sell on

i'll try the ball joint on mine that looks very close
