I have used these for the last 18months in my last trackday car, a Nissan Primera GT. Whereas previously i could get only 3 or 4 trackdays out of a set of Mintex M1144 pads, i did 8 days on the OMP pads. On the road they were as good as any other pads and i rate them highly. They are slightly harder than a Ferodo DS2500 pad, but not as hard as the DS3000. For the money i rate them fantastic value, just fitted a set on the front of my 6 ________________________________________ 1999 Astor Grey GTi-6 OEM+ (now gone...)2004 Aegean Blue 206 GTi 180 (also gone...) 2006 Skoda Fabia vRS in Sprint Yellow honestly3k wrote: Do you wrestle for a living matt? Have the omp pads front & rear! Have done one trackday at cadwell park and are already half worn out! The pads compound are far too soft for non stop track abuse but will be fine on road use & are cheap as chips! Will be purchasing ds3000 very soon ________________________________________ Phase 1 bianca white GTi-6:SOLDPhase 2 blaze yellow d-turbo:Off to scrap heaven Phase 2.5 platinum silver GTi-6:Just purchased :-D |

I tried the OMP pads early doors in the rallye, they fell to bits on the track. Personally I'd stay well clear________________________________________ My 306 Rallye Project ThreadFew recent Youtube track videos, more on my channel Pair of Rallye's doing a few laps of Anglesey Lap of Anglesey Coastal 3 sisters circuit Few laps at Blyton |

Mintex M1144 pads are well regarded. I have used them on my 306 S16 and have them on my 6 too. What they are like on a primark GT doesn't really matter, they are good on a 6. |
