Having searched the forum already it appears that my n/s (passenger side) driveshaft seal is fudged Sad

Its leaking from behind the CV joint housing, between the shaft and casing, as you can see in the pics.

Is there a guide on how to install the new seals or it is literally a case of pull the shaft out, persuade the old seal out and squidge the new one in?

Im aiming to be driving back to uni tomorrow Shock so any help would be much appriciated!

Hi mate,

what you've described is pretty much it. D/shaft out, pop out old seal and push a new one in. Just make sure you drain the oil first.

Cheers, have sorted it now, fingers crossed itll stop leaking cos the one in there looked in good nick Unsure
