Many possibilities. Do a search as thee are loads of threads on this, but to be fair they all give many different an uncertain answers.

Mine is dong similar at the moment, so I have just ordered a new MAP sensor. This is after cleaning the ICV and MAp and it making little difference.

Try cleaning your sensors, check for loose connections to them, and reset the ecu.

Common opinion is that it will be (in no order) MAp sensor, ICV, Injectors.

Mine was also doing this.It would stop for a day or two if I cleaned out the throttle body of oil and tar. I've now just fitted a catch tank between the cam cover vent pipe and the front yellow sensor by the throttle - I had already fitted a new MAP sensor and new ICV with a ECU reset between each.I've also noticed that the throttle cable position as it goes over the engine can effect the idle a fair bit. Just need to find out now if it will be OK to connect the catch tank drain to the other cam cover vent pipe that goes back to the sump...Unsure
