From what I've read on the forums the rad change seems pretty straight forward, it's the getting the bleeding right that's the issue?
I changed mine about 2 weeks ago and I think they are the last 3 words I would use to describe it!
Obviously it depends on each car but I had so many problems, for a start all of the pipes were seized on as if they had been welded, took best part of a day just getting the bloody things off! The main problem I had is with the bottom hose so I had to take the rad out with it attached, was much easier to get off after this. You might not have the same problems though..
If you need any help then look up Rick_Rallye's guide on here (if you haven't already), I found it very helpful with both replacing the rad and re-filling it.
Also I wouldn't get too worked up about the bleeding part, it's not that bad really. You just need to close the bleed points as coolant starts seeping out, but only after the bubbles have stopped. Personally I find this the easiest bit, but I suppose I did have a lot of practice thanks to the old Saxo
