Author Subject: How to remove nearside rear brake hose?

Hi

i need to remove this brake hose asap. i have un-done both ends where the metal piping is attached but cannot seem to get the pipe out. is it the clips holding it in place? if so how can i get em out cus they seem to be rusted a lot

They're c-clipped in place. Use a wire brush to clean them up and either a claw hammer, or a hammer and screwdriver to nudge the c-clip off perpendicularly.

just slide the C metal C clip from it's small open rails cuts .



but,if you f*cked parts of the head nut (like i did) remember when you need to tighten it , to raise the wishbone so that the coil spring housing will be raised too and you'll get clearance to turn the nut with the wrench passing beneath it

You right, i assumed that the old ones i replaced was installed correctly so i just copy the position's, i'v should looked at the manual.
