The only issue to consider is which head bolts type to use. the gti6 is bi-metal engine , the MI is all alloy and comes from period where Citroen used the chemistry rout to overcome their inferiority in metallurgy ,by developing their special coolant. to deal with the different expansion rate head-bottom in the 6 engine they used TTY (Torque-to-Yield ) head bolts which can stretch slightly when they are tightened down doing so helps even clamping forces across the head gasket to provide a better seal. so dig into this article to find if you'll need the MI16 or the 6 head bolts. http://www.aa1car.com/library/torque_to_yield_tty_head_bolt_tips.htm ________________________________________ French military victories?Did you mean French military defeats? |
