Would GTi6 calipers fit straight onto a Xsi with bosh calipers? If not what would I need from the GTI6?

Straight fit, with the GTi6 pads and discs obviously.

If you've an earlier XSi you might want to upgrade the master cylinder whilst you're at it, otherwise it's a bit like stepping in mashed potato and praying that your brakes slow you down!

quite the opposite actually, you'll get higher pressure at the caliper but a long pedal.

Exactly, the pedal travel is a bit off-putting for my liking. Fitting a GTi6 MC improved mine no-end, improves feel and with that confidence Happy
