As the title really, Im curious where this pipe goes to and what purpose does it serve. When disconect it makes no difference to the running of the car, but you can feel a vaccum from the sensor its plugged into.

Yellow highlighted pipe.

It should go to the carbon canister on the off side wing (brown cylinder thing above the engine mount).

It's for emissions i believe.

Yeah goes to the carbon canister thats in the inner wing via a purge valve - the brown thing

All to do with emissions/global warming shitWink

Brought into force when CATS became compulsory on cars,the fuel tank can not breath fumes to atmosphere on a cat equipped car,so that pipe sucks the fumes out and into inlet/engineSmile
