hi all done a search but couldnt find anything,

basically ive been thinking about getting some 406 brembos for the pug, but just wondering if they would actually fit behind my wheels, and what i would have to do to make them fit, ive got some 205 GTi speedlines on atm, and dont really want to get new wheels as i dont have any money,

You would need some LARGE spacers at a guess. One of the French guys has done it in the project section.

ive had brembos behind my 15 inch TD pro 1.2's, but run wilwoods behind them on mine, also had cyclones on there to.

Are hi-specs about the only things that won't go behind clones?!

none of them will go behind clones without spacers.


instead of selling your car , sell your brakes and wheels and buy some carbone lorraine brake pads
for the standard caliper.

wilwoods fit behind them with a 10mm spacer as i tried mine the other day to see.

depends on what size discs, 285mm yes bigger no i think as there is a 16v turbo 6 that runs hi specs under clones

do the brembos run on standard gti6 discs behind the cyclones or can you use the bigger peugeot 406 v6 305mm brembo front discs?

I believe this to be my setup although would need to double check. Can I put smaller discs with the same calipers etc?

I am changing my front wheels onto the back tonight as theyr wearing thin, I have a cylone sitting there so will check what its like with the brembos and the cyclones for clearance. if chrisd pops out i`ll get him to take a pic or i will take one but will have to text the picture as cant upload!

i have just bought and painted my cyclones and am bidding on some brembos that end tomorrow so hoping to get this all set up in the next few weeks

right from what i done tonight is:

clones fit over brembos but with 15mm spacers as i had 12.5mm and caught my caliper slightly (enough to scrape the f*cking paint off!)
