Having problems with the oil temperature/oil temp gauge in my 6. The oil temp heats up fine, and if I'm driving normal (over 30/40mph) it seems fine. But if I'm driving slowly (like in the town below 30mph) and idleing, it rises way up into the red! As soon as I get up to speed again, above 50 mph say, it drops and seems fine. What could be the problem?

Oil level is fine, and coolant seems perfectly normal.
