Good day to you.

I have been asked by a few members here to join up and offer to you my injector servicing.

I would like to offer my injector flow testing and cleaning services.

I have two services to offer.

(1) Injector Testing
Inspected for signs of damage.
Checked to make sure they are the same make / model.
Coil resistance checked.
Leak tested at 3bar for 30 seconds, and again at 4bar.
Spray pattern tested in static and dynamic modes.
Flow rates tested in static and dynamic modes.
Cleaned ultrasonically for 30 minutes while the injectors are pulsed.
All injectors are then retested.

I had the full service. One of my injectors was completely seized but all came back with perfect flow rates and a nice report sheet. They are now in the car and i don't get any annoying injector noise. Thumbs up

Turnaround is normally 1-2days, but most of that is up to royal mail, lol.

If we receive the injectors in the morning, and they are no problems with them, then very often they are sent out again in the afternoon.

Best Regards.

Thanks, I'm off to a RR meet this weekend and am busy over the next few days, but I'd like to get them checked at some time.

Can they just be wrapped in bubblewrap and put in a jiffy bag? I guess they are build for rough environments.

monkeyman: If you wrap them in bubble wrap and use a jiffy bag, that will be fine.

matt306gti: I don't currently advertise on ebay.

Best Regards.
