Anyone have any idea about electrics?

Basically the bulb holders don't get any illumination now, but the actual circuit board is getting power. Nothing looks burned out, was working fine when i removed the bulb holders then when i went to replace them, both with the new bulbs and the originals, nothing works, even bridging the connectors with an ammeter there's nothing.

No fuses are blown, everything else works fine.. just this Confused
