My central locking started to play up so i took my door off and there was loads of wires snapped so i thought i'd go the the scrapyard and get a replacement off another car but i did a stupid thing, i cut the whole broken plug off to take with me so i could match the pins up with another loom plug without thinking about what wires went where and what makes it worse most of the numbers have worn off or can't be seen. anyone got any ideas. My car has no electric windows or mirrors. |

http://www.306gti6.com/forum/showthread.php?id=115446&page=1get soldering like the rest of us out of interest what is the "repair loom"? is it the plug complete with lengths of wiring to solder, or the loom from the plug right back to the next part? i can't even remember how they are, i cut mine out of my other track 306 and used all the spare wiring for various things ________________________________________ 306 rallye reproduction decals (full sets/individual decals) | 306 b-pillar textured vinyl weatherstrips306 slam panel esso stickers | 306 yellow / orange / pension fund red side door badges gti6 inlet manifold badges | 306 rear boot badges (p2/p3) winner of Extraction of toys from prams with outstanding vigour award 2009 [source: gti6 owners club] |
