Evening all,

My gearbox seems to be leaking where the driveshaft is going in to the box on the passenger side, is it possible to replace the seal here? or is a recon box time?

Thanks,

Matt

I'm sure you can just replace the seal.

Cheers everbody. Will this be a gearbox out job? or a drain oil and replace?

Simpler the better I am hoping.

Thanks,

Matt

the driveshaft oil seal can be done with the box still in the car no problem, just need the driveshaft out to do it and the gearbox oil drained

Part numbers for the seals are 3121 44 and 3121 46, can't remember which one is which though as they are different sizes for each side....
